The «Capricorn Tour» is a medium to difficult level tour with great variety in the Val Nandro - a side valley of Surses. The highlights of this tour are the high plain of Radons as well as Somtgant at 2112 metres.

The start is the parking area of Savognin's cable car. You head out on the forest roads past Son Martegn Church and the Savognin mountain huts of Parseiras and Parnoz. Going along the valley Val Nandro you come near Radons. The mountain huts of Riom-Parsonz on the plain are inhabited the whole year. Beyond Radons the tour starts to climb towards Somtgant, where in summer the cable car ends. The view fully rewards the 1000-metre climb.
The descent follows the downhill stretch using the rentable fun rollers in Savognin. This stretch is specially designed for monster rollers and mountain carts, but can also be used by mountain bikes. Above Tigignas you ride on single trails and forest roads to the mountain restaurant. From there the path brings you to the picturesque villages of Parsonz and Riom and onto Savognin.
