Belfort ist eine der historisch wichtigsten Burgruinen Graubündens. Sie liegt auf einem steil abfallenden Felsrücken bei Brienz/Brinzauls. Geniessen Sie die Aussicht auf dem grossen Picknickplatz mit Feuerstelle. Wanderzeit 15 Min.

Die Burg entstand um 1200 und war Stammsitz der Freiherren von Vaz. 1499 wurde die Burg zerstört und ist seither eine Ruine. Sie ist in den letzten Jahren mit grossem Aufwand saniert und besser zugänglich gemacht worden. Im historischen Gemäuer wurde ein Kräutergarten angelegt mit Kräutern die wohl schon im Mittelalter genutzt wurden. Nehmen Sie an einer Exkursionen zur Burgruine Belfort teil und erfahren Sie mehr über den geschichtsträchtigen Ort. Bitte beachten: - Immer die öffentlichen Grillstellen benützen! - Feuer nach dem Grillen löschen! - Warnhinweise betreffend Waldbrandgefahr beachten!
